Food Safety and Toxicology

Food hygiene or safety is the study which describes preparation, handling and its storage in a way so as to avoid any microbial growth causing serious illness. Food safety and toxicology is a complex issue and mechanism of biological control and chemical hazardous which ensures food safety. Strategies are planned on how to protect food of different categories such as ensuring there is no cross contamination of pathogens and there is proper use of antimicrobial coats and sprays and reduced use of acrylamide during processing.
